Upper East coast may be only a small probability if development continues based on all the projections of it turning north over time...

Jet stream is up about as high as it gets if it stays in place and any of the 2 waves out there progress in tropical formation and move more northeasterly...

TD 2 may raise more eyebrows if it regains some composure of a tropical spin over night....LJ
