Then again, this could be NIR Unloading their shares at .001-.0011, the after bell average dumps like today, 6MIL at .0011 after the bell looks like an average of the day dump according to a percentage of the daily volume. We saw Cornell do this a couple years ago when we were at .03, NIR might have someone running it up so they can dump at the .001 range instead of the .0001 range? Just another thought on the situation.
