The info that I heard from my source (he usually knows what he is saying) is that some funding came in, at the moment not enough for the launch and all thats needed but a big chunk came in never the less to get Oracle to remove law suit and to pay off some bills. This same investor is suppose to be arranging for more funding to do the launch. (from my understanding less then 5 not 50 is the amount needed. A good chunk should be coming in from this investor.) Hey everyone please dont attack me, Im just reporting what I heard. Obviously you should do your own research before investing and dont just rely on me.
