THE SEC GOES BACK 3 YEARS, BROKER AND BANK RECORDS, AND IF THEY THINK ITS BAD, PHONE RECORDS. IF SHARES WERE ISSUED TO OFFSHORE NAMES, THE SEC WILL GRAB THOSE WHO ISSUED THE SHARES TO THEM AND WILL ASK WHY AND WHO DID U DEAL WITH WHEN THESE SHARES WERE ISSUED..
