That why I am still here. I do have a little faith in the company. However, it is PR like today that made me mad.
Great concept. But start talking to some of the other longs here. This idea has been suggested for 2-3 years now. Are they getting closer to having a trading system? Maybe. But it seems that the same idea is rehashed over and over. As the company changes symbols the old PR are lost. That is why I have printed copies. Deadlines are made and pass, but still no forward traction with the company making money. They started trading in Jan. I thought finally we are moving ahead. They even indicated that they would be break even in 2Q, which was changed to 3Q and then they changed they business model.
Thus, after a couple of years here, working out the kinks in the prototype might take another year. I am worried about the whole website issue: log-on access, security, computing power ect. I was testing a prototype of a website here at the university. I was the only end user for months and found a lot of problems. All were fixed in time. I think the longer they postpone have people see the system, the longer it will take to have it completely functional.
Ultimately, the company wants to make money and not be reporting delays in product development. That is the whole knell of today' PR. Wait and see.
