But since you asked, I will tell you my thoughts are this.
1. This company is essentially a one man operation with otherwise unremarkable attributes.
2. This company has been and still is under an incredible amount of debt which even the most current sales numbers posted by the company better than a year ago don't even come close to putting a dent into if you consider net income. As such they found themselves under that horrible cloud of convertible debt that most pinkys do. Even IF you were to assume that every share sold in the last 3 days at an average of .001 were part of those conversions that still wouldn't put a dent in the outstanding debt, which by the way has been accumulating interest since the day it was borne. Do some number crunching and figure out how much interest accumulates in a year on $5M+ even at a modest interest rate of say 5%.
3. The company has long been very much silent on it's interworkings and I very much doubt that it was in the interest of the shareholders. The fact that one can't even find the transfer agents information should be a big red flag for those who are thinking about holding long.
4. So all that being said, there is a positive which does exist. That positive is that every couple of months this stock does see a pretty good run. It's happened 3 times already this year. So for those looking to make the money the best course of action IMO is to get in at the lows and then sell at the first sign of backtracking. I've said before that one can make money on this stock if they have lots of patience and an understanding of just how much this company isn't interested in you as a stockholder.
In summary, I encourage others to do exactly what you and some of the others have said as well, which is to buy it at it's extreme low and sell when it gets around these levels. If a few people lose their money because they weren't well informed that is their darn fault, but at the very least, I can say that I did inform them to the best of my knowledge.
