ABIG, without showing the revenues and ability to repay loans with ongoing revenues, the court would be more likely to allow a liquidation that a reorganization. So, to get a real reorganization, they would have to show consitent revenues to repay the reorganized debts and if they get to the point of consistent revenues, there will be no need for reorganization.

Of all the possiblities, BK is on the very bottom of the list.
