“The final start-up schedule coincides with the Company’s announcement that it has reached an agreement in principle with its senior debt holders for an extension of the date for payoff until January 1, 2010, more than a full year following the expected start-up of milling operations."

1) - That debt payoff/refinancing may be next Jan 2010 and 2) - that start-up was expected more than 6 months ago. I guess thing got delayed a little.
