Even though I do not believe there is much we can actually do I am also interested. [e-mail] My gut instinct is that the 3rd quarter financials are not going to be pretty if they are even made available.

I got a real bad feeling about all of this after the last q&a / video which caused me to get out. His answer and body language in the last q&a regarding the audited financials being on track made me nervous.

Jared displays a lot of traits of someone who is either a compulsive liar or sociopath. I have a small background of dealing with these types on the corporate level and I saw some similarities. I am not bashing this is all just my opinion. I bought this stock and it is my fault period. However I did not deserve to be swindled and neither did anyone else here on this board.

Let me throw this out there. If in fact the buyout was bogus and considering what we all read in the contract I would think that Allie and Jordan are going to at least embarrass him regardless of the legal outcome regarding the receivables. I am not a fan of Allie Mallad, but I can guarantee you that Mallad and Zimmerman play hardball.
