The 10K needs to be filed by this Thursday if it is to be timely filed.

If the company is to hold a conference call on Thursday when the 10K should be filed they probably will announce the cc before the market opens tomorrow. If my memory serves me in the past the company always announces the earnings release date and the date of the cc prior to the day of the release and cc.

If a cc isn't announced tomorrow I expect the company to file the 10K without a cc. Management may want until the 10Q for the 7/31/09 quarter is filed before holding a cc. That way they should have better first quarter results and lots more information on the sucessful introduction of KR beer and increased Olifant sales. Also the year end results will be more distant in late September and will not need to be discussed at the cc since the 1st quarter results will be much more relevant along with updates of what has happened since the quarter end.

If management does not hold a cc within the next week I would expect there to be minimai interest in the stock until the official release of KR beer and until more information is made public on what the demand is for KR beer, where the beer will be produced in addition to MBC and what margin DKAM will make for its participation in this venture.

If the delay in the release in the earnings is not to gather as much current information on how the company is doing it is hard to imagine why the results are not out yet. Even though the company is busy with all that is on its plate, it shouldn't be that difficult to assemble and release the 10K by this date.

I am long and strong and look forward to getting the year end results behind us and finding out from management how there business plan is unfolding. Backorder information, information on overseas sales and future plans for the company should drive the stock price significantly higher, IMHO.
