Also, please correct me if i am wrong, but this appears to be the same, or very similar release, that WLSA posted on July 22nd. Considering at this very moment NLI is still the majority shareholder of WLSA, does this say that the deal that was supposed to be closed on July 31st (referring to the release on July 22nd), is now not going to close until August 31st...maybe this is why we have not seen the PR that was promised 2 weeks ago…

Even in the July 22nd release, it mentioned that newlook was funding the project.
