Vol. decrease, manipulation leveled off and the answer is because we are on the SHO list and MMs are afraid SEC could be watching activity right now, but I suspect the entire bag of tricks will return shortly. Of course, they are still manipulating the price to the extent that they will not let it increase, but they would love to keep driving it down this month and the SHO listing has thwarted their efforts, at least for the time being.
