We are well aware of the amounts in the float and that filing (probably included in the restricted numbers) Why don't you call the TA and verify the numbers if you are so paranoid.

Saying that you shouldn't play a stock because the company might be diluting, well, you wouldn't end up playing anything.


Better off to look at the charts IMO.
