The new share count should be about 722mln-144mln-95mln=483mln shares.

I think they have completed their repurchase already. Now they are telling the transfer agent to destroy those shares. Putting them in the treasury.

The process usually takes 2 weeks.

I am waiting for them to announce it and I don't think this will be reflected in the 10K. As the 10K is for financial statements until the fiscal end which is May 31st.

So this should be in a 8k.
