The only thing that worries me about this stock is the risk of cancellation of the common shares. The company itself is sound, I've dealt with them since they were Crompton and Great Lakes. If there were no risk of share cancellation I would put a lot more money in

I can second that... but that is probably the risk we have to take and the advantage to get this stock at 0.62 cents..
