Not sure how much this might help those here (who are not MMs, B/Ds, or cubicle traders), but I have noticed time and again, that if I place a small buy above the current best bid, not only does it not get filled even though shares trade AT bid, but the same goes when putting small sell orders just below the lowest ask.

This is clear proof that manipulation on the part of MMs, B/Ds, and/or cubicle traders is occurring, Jagman or no Jagman comments.

CTGI, even in light of silence, is STILL worth more than the 'boxed in' b/a suggest.

Re-read the iBox and/or past PRs if proof is needed.

This post is not intended to inspire buying or hitting the ask, but rather only to alert the unaware of one considerable reason why CTGI trades strictly between .07 and .10, and has done so for many months (aside from an occassional spike or two up or down), despite the fact that many/most other stocks have recovered at least in part, since the Nov-Mar lows.

FDA, EU, RF, and ISO 9000 approvals/qualifications having all been met, CTGI should be trading at no less than a $10M marketcap, just as it stands...silence or no silence, plain and simple.
