Some DD i was doing and just a summary of what I found. First Michel G. Laporte is Pres.& Ceo of Sunsi Energies and also Pres. of Methes International. Now when i checked Ameritrade on Sunsi stock SSIE, it says last trade was 6/18/09. Looked at last PR from around that time and 7/1/09 SYNJ announced " When asked about the Methes relationship Marshall stated "its just one of many developments that Sorrentino and I have been working on for months. Anyone want to comment about this? I believe since Methes was not a publicly traded stock and Sunsi does not seem to be trading -- then maybe they are merging with SYNJ/Pinnacle?
