OT Ming-Mich-Stak---To be honest I dont know how I feel about all
of this. When my wife died I got up to 220 lbs. Lost the weight
I am now back to 170. Blood pressure is now under control. Had
a stress test and all was well. Cholesterol is low so in my head
I think I am OK. I retired early so I could go play for a few years before the big 60 came up---just in case I was wrong. Headed out Monday for another campout. I thank all of you for the kind words.
