it is going to look like that, it is showing last trade at .40. untill the stock has gone thru the system and it takes days and sometimes weeks, it looks odd. Unless someone puts in offers to buy the bid won't move. The problem is if you put in an offer to buy at .25 you won't get stock because there isn't any. so like I said, it takes time but work itself out.
