I didn't inject my opinion into anything. I am not speculating anything. I posted a link that describes everybody's role in case. The only speculation is in your post right here to which I am replying.

Let me sum up everyone's roles for you once again. No speculation here. The link will be posted at the bottom.

WowGreen:
-defendant against EESO's lawsuit
-counterclaimant, brought a countersuit against EESO
-third-party plaintiff, asking for Jared, personally, to be brought into case

EESO:
-plaintiff, they brought the original lawsuit against Wowgreen and Owen Stern
-counterdefendant, they are defending against Wow's countersuit

Jared:
-third-party defendant, Jared is defending against Wow bringing him personally into the case

Owen Stern:
-defendant, remember EESO also named Owen, personally, in the original claim.
