Austin...Absolutely Tom Cooper will "Deliver on the Promise", I just don't know what his "promise" will be!

I am sure of one thing, we will enjoy the meeting and we will be uplifted to know how bright our future will be....My prayer is that the Wall Street gangs, the lenders now and in our future and upmost of course, the users Worldwide who get the opportunity to field test and deploy our discovery[s]will see for themselves how valuable we will and can be for their survival. There are numerous Companies who will benifit and I feel comforted in knowing Tom was there before, although a California bubble was the result of many earlier learning lessons.

Tom Cooper and Ray most likely have hundreds of potential applicatons on the drawing boards, all require money to deploy and that is one ingredient we seem to always be in short supply.

By ALL management and our BOD pledging NOT to sell shares of any discription, including but not limited to restricted, now are in the future, until major developments are certified by a totally independent third party, we can all sleep knowing that collectively all interests are as "one" in our mutual success goals.

How can this concept be dismissed because to do so will confirm that our interests are NOT alligned.

As a former managing general partner in numerous partnerships I find this concept worked well in partnerships so why not in Corporations like ours?
