I wish I shorted VIX at 80 owell. The VIX is about to the normal from the 5 year prior to the jump. I would like to see the doomsayers put money on the VIX to ride it back up but they would not be likely to do so. I like to watch the VIX as a barometer of the condition of the economy and it is looking great IMO.
