I do hope come next year they return to paying out dividends in all cash. As things slowly get better that's one thing I want to see, companies reinstitute dividends, or return them to previous levels.

I had US Steel til they cut their dividend from .30 to .05, then I sold it and bought something else.

So I hope a year is enough time for them to save a fair share of money and the IRS doesn't continue that rule any farther.
