If Mr.Newton can be located in his hiding place - maybe, he can shed some light on what is happening. Otherwise, it is mere speculation on our part. Mr. Newton where are you? Pls come out of hiding and show some responsibility to your stockholders. At least, you will have a chance to save your reputation. Otherwise, the bd of directors, if there is one, should throw you out.
