Chuck Jensen's 'rising tide' might eventually lift a lot of boats; problem is the 5 billion pound weight which he insured NEOM became anchored to with his ill-advised supercompany debacle , the 'diluted' fuel Chas bought to run the NEOM boat , and all the leaks 'Leaky JJ' allowed as BOD member with overblown salaries/perqs/severance agreements.
