They decide is correct.Problem is their is no must have item right now in that age group.The second problem is most businesses are giving hours to the more responsible older people because they need it.The teens do not have jobs as in the past.They have to ask mommy and daddy for the $$$.Mommy and daddy only give for needed items.See the pattern.I see it daily in 3 malls.
