I sent the BBB a message asking them to please explain their rating. I mentioned that I saw that IFSL had an F rating and I wanted an explanation. I mentioned that I saw that their licensing info had been verified and I wondered why that didnt bring it up from an F? Linked to a couple companies with better ratings that had more complaints and had been in business less time. I cant wait to read how they answer my questions asking if BBB is indeed a scam that holds companies hostage to pay them for a rating.
