Mags123: I agree completely. Could you elaborate for me on one part of your post as follows: "unless of course the SEC makes a deal with them, or they go bankrupt, at which point the MM and brokerage firms would be responsible for paying me". If the SEC deals or shorts go bankrupt we still get paid according to our GTC orders?? Thanks in advance for a reply.
