They were listed on the Pink Sheets, but it became a dormant shell. MaxMedia bought the dormant shell and did a reverse merger. Obviously Hesperia did not do too well and went out of business, but their shell was worth something so Grady bought it. I assume he and his lawyers got it to where it is today.
