Many thanks Bigger (and Judy) and I agree that the document does seem to be with Jared as an individual and WOW----but also the agreement promises to sell EESO/ECO's manufacturing equipment to WOW at cost and to terminate production at EESO/ECO. Seems as tho this would hobble EESO/ECO a bit, at least for awhile. Also, although Jared has the formulas/recipes in his safe, these will be given to WOW at some point if not already (my reading). Even with all the good detective work that's been done the situation is still very murky.
