underdog: There was nothng to read under your link, IMO. Why don't you read the original SPNG Press Release instead from 7/27/09 which addresses the A/S and O/S decreases and quit trying to spin the truth out of control your own way, IMO. If you can't read the exact language of the 7/27 press release then I can't help you, but you should not give out misinformation to others, IMO. But then again all you are doing with all these ridiculous posts of your is playing us SPNG longs, IMO.
