I think you may be wrong there.

To me it reads that the most Jared as individual can profit.

I see nothing in that agreement that relates to EESO making any money from WOW once the mixing is done by them.

I am reading that agreement with my mouth open and wondering just who could be stupid enough to give up that much and assume all the responsibility for so little.

Oh yeah I know the answer to that now Jared was that stupid if he in fact did sign this.
