underdog150: I refer you to SPNG's 7/27/09 press release which reads in pertinent part "SPNG is taking action to amend it Articles of Incorporation to reduce the number of common shares that the Company has authorized to 900,000,000 (nine hundred million). In addition, the Company has also begun the process to lower its outstanding shares to approximately 500,000,000 (five hundred million) shares." The press release does not state that the articles had already been amended re the A/S -- but that it was taking action to do so. Plus, the "process" had begun to lower to lower the O/S -- it was not complete, the process had only begun. Please learn to read SPNG press releases acurately and not misinform the board. Thanks you.
