Geeze, think for a minute. A car that is for sale on a car lot has been detailed before it is put out for sale.
When it is test driven, or when it rains, it gets dirty.
You can clean those cars off with a hose.
It would have been more believable if they went to a Walmart
parking lot and washed 8 of those cares that haven't been waxed in a year or 2.

Over...was it a gimmick when the reporter on FOX news washed 8 consecutive cars on camera to prove the sponge worked? And she noted that the sponge was still producing suds after 8 cars. 8 cars is the minimum.
