The current criminal charges he's facing are those involved in that family matter case which, IMO, don't think would have much relevance to the company nor I think the outcome could be that bad... again, IMO.

That he's on probation... that's old, old, old news....

And if PM has an ongoing investigation by the IRS and the FBI, then please, by all means, post details as to what they are and the IRS/FBI offices involved, as it appears you know and/or give the impression that you have/know inside information about PM/HOP-ON.
