Clawmann states there is a Delaware Corporate Law prohibiting companies from converting below par value. That's the logic! However, we have seen YA do just that - Convert below par value in the past. Pretty much all of the 800+ million shares they've converted have been below par.

However, the question still remains - Due primarily to the waiver extended to YA from Neom. "Was that waiver releasing YA of any known or unknown transgressions related to converting below par?"

Again, understand even if YA can convert below par value - the only thing to pay attention to is the calculated conversion rate! Based off the conversion formula...

Also, note this Security is easily manipulated e.g. 5000 shares knocks it down! So, I wouldn't be surprised if some retail investors were trying to manipulate the damn thing.
