OOIL is WAY more expensive. That is the obvious reason.

More importantly, BEHL has a much more efficient way of achieving the objective.

They have a broader vision for its use, and that appeals to many as well. List could go on and on,, but it is just fundamental differences in management, product, ideas, production abilities, efficiency...etc
