I have never heard of a shell seeking Chapter 7 as there is no way to profit from it. They acquire acquisitions & sell shares, that's where the money is & nothing in any print or online that remotely speaks even one bad word against Ari Ba$$, I call him the CASH MAN. I hope to pay for my grand kids college with this & they can go anywhere they want with my kids not having to worry about a thing.
