CAEI ... slowly creeping back up now. Note that the CFO calls it a deal with "certain qualified investors", translation = "our buddies"
It could be to support development of the Nine Dragon Resort project etc, ahead of the Q2 report on Aug 10th ... perhaps a "good" form of dilution. I remember Aug 10th is your big day too LOL
