Dumar, maybe you should talk to JS yourself, the times that I have talked to him and he brings up PR's or deals being finalized he almost ALWAYS uses the word "expected" I have never heard him guarantee a PR or closing date in the many conversations I have had with him. And what is the difference if the PR comes out yesterday or next week anyway? the bottom line is that these projects are happening... just be patient...
