However, it doesn't mean that individuals will not pick them up and a run may occur. Folks that work for those institutions can pick them up. In which case they make a big huge profit should they convert to As or whatever.
I just am not a fan of the Bs. However, they are a very low float class, and i am well aware of the run that can occur with them should ANY real interest be generated.
I'd not discount the possibilities of the Bs. They just are not my personal risk tolerance. Should you guys with the Bs strike it rich, please send ole realest a bottle of Dom please. LOL
