Having a little fun with the downpour of negativity thats all. I really do not think anything has changed. The casino IMO will still be put up eventually. Alot of work done this year in planting the seed to the city studies/local polls/etc..heck the casino talk drownded out most of the city budget meetings. They will continue to pursue the license/$$$ which I believe wont be an issue as they start the groundwork on the waterpark/resort etc...I live here and know wholeheartedly when the time is right the city will get behind ALL of it until completion. Keep in mind they have stated all along:

"The initial phase is expected to begin with the construction of the Water Park, IMAX Theater, and the 3,000 seat concert venue. The hotel and resort construction would follow. The casino will be the last facility constructed and will begin as remaining funding, endorsements, and license(s) are obtained" ...this website update is nothing odd......So they took out the last line to pacify whoever they had too to get the project rolling. Not worried one bit, and I am certain any of the locals here that have invested are not worried either..its not a quick buck..it will take a while but I for one am not going anywhere...
