So I took the 13k (250 shares) I had wrapped up in KMP and looked for something I could get a bunch of shares with alot of upside to it. Came across realties and started reading alot, and checking grades and evaluations. Ultimately settled on DDR, getting 3k shares at 4.4. Also got PEI at about the same price through another exchange of my stocks.

Is this recent surge tied to the fall TALF deal that they are first in line for? I'm still learning about the market and I know that some companies can't buy stocks if they're under $5. Was getting back past that $5 mark big? They've got a nice piece of property in the Short Pump area of Richmond VA where I live.
