The price of the product was changing because Jared decided to add tax on for ESI. The product was not green when Allie brought it to get certified. Breach of contract. Just like Murph said their are parts of the case that are not public well that applies to both ends. EESO did not full fill the agreement with teaching Wow how to make the product on there own. The said they would provide them enzymes for a base price and then changed the enzyme price mid stream. THAT IS A DAMN BREACH!!!!!!!!!!!!!
