Once again your putting your opinion into this. For all we know Jared was brought in from the third party filing because he was the cause of other said company allegedly not paying the bill. (just throwing this out there not my opinion) If Jared did'nt do, or provide what he said he was going to and then filed suit against the company he made the agreement with then it would be obvious that he would be named since he was the cause. Hypothetical situation I am stateing here but you get my point (hopefully.) As I stated before the only real information that is known is what is in Judy's scanned docs. They do not give detail or the full story so SPECULATING on what they might mean is idiotic.
