Spoke with Simmonds, he mentioned minor adjustments took place in the deal between them & Sunbay Energy Corp (in Wireless Age's favor). As a result that deal was postponed a few days and will be announced early next week.
Asked him about the Connecticut projects, naturally, he went into great detail, mentioning something about a several billion dollar enterprise that handles incineration & would partner with them in building several gasification plants as some initiative (state-wide) would force them to search for alternatives beyond incineration.
He assured me that all of the pending events (i.e. name change) are in order following the closing to their acquisition of Sunbay Energy Corp.
