Would have been nice to hold above .003 today but the news wasn't strong enough to make an impact on buyers outside of who already owns this. The 'painter' @ .0028 didn't really do much, we all know that last 5k buy was just to make the chart 'look' good. And it does, technically, it should break out Thursday, but I'm not confident it will. Maybe more news will come out and that will be a big help. Once we're out of the .003's, it should bust past the 4's quickly and stay above that area.
