Hi LOVE THE MARKET.

I believe that the HARD luck in our common situation is that our retail broker (mine TDA) and other shareholders brokers are the "luck of the draw". I wish I could change this as I too will have to wait and watch as the PPS likely tanks each day until it reaches 0.0005 and then I will recieve my delivered split shares.

The ONE definitive saving grace is that PR statement which makes ALL companies liable to be true to the best of their knowledge. You MUST buy by FRiday 31st to be ashareholder of record. And YES that means other who bought after at 50% less the PPS had an unfair and, albeit unknowingly, illegal advantage that may need to be sorted out through legal actions. These are all just MO.
