Schmed; that pinksheets warning has been on there for quite some time now..nothings changed. I distinctly remember seeing this a few months ago when I did my original DD & it was still there 2 weeks ago (the last time I checked). The pinksheets symbol system classifies SYNJ as: "Stop--Pinksheets No Information".

This merely signifies that a company has failed to (or is unwilling to) submit the proper filings or disclosures to step-up into a better classification.
Just as in providing up-to-date filings , If Brian had complied w/ this provision at this point , his cover ("cards-close-to-the-chest" ) would have been blown. The cat would be out of the bag. Inconsistent w/ SYNJ's game-plan.
Although I'd obviously prefer to put my $$ into a stock that can be DD'd properly (10K's & Q's etc) , this is a big reason in why this stock is so affordable and in my mind , worth the risk.
