"We have everything in place for a 504 private placement to drill the Texas well but need the final approval for the stock from FINRA. They have our notification as of last Friday so the ball is in their court. We also have a new potential partner checking out the Geology. One way or another we will get the well drilled this year. Its to good to let go. News soon, then weekly updates. Its been quiet because we haven't been able to get real news instead of maybe news. Thanks for your patience. It will be worth it. Tom Laurance"
